Course Enrollment

Once the payment is successfully completed, the course enrollment is considered confirmed. Access to course materials and sessions may be provided immediately or as per the course schedule.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of payment, provided the course has not started.
  • No cancellation requests will be accepted once the course has commenced.
  • Cancellations will not be allowed if course materials or digital content have already been accessed.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
  • Payment gateway charges and applicable taxes may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7–10 working days after approval.
  • No refunds will be issued for partially completed courses or missed classes.

Course Modifications

AMI Institute reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any course due to unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, learners will be notified, and suitable alternatives or solutions will be offered.
